There comes those times when I just want a milkshake, but I don't want to put in all the time at the gym to sip one down. I'm not one of those girls who is blessed with an itty bitty body after eating sweet treats and cheeseburgers all day. I work hard. That's why I was pretty happy when I found this recipe for a healthy milkshake. Now I just need a blender...

2 frozen bananas1/2 – 1 cup almond milk
2 heaping tbs chocolate powder
2 squirts vanilla Stevia
Simple! Add everything together in a blender and blend until smooth. Viola! The perfect satisfying sweet/healthy treat.
