pumpkin protein muffins

I baked a batch of these delicious pumpkin protein muffins, and I just had to share it with you guys. They are seriously addicting. They're baked with clean ingredients, packed with protein, and so moist. I'm kind of in love. Here is the recipe...

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
3 egg whites
2 cups oat flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup truvia
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients together. Pour into muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Tops should be golden brown. Makes 12 yummy muffins!
