I ran out of granola the other day, so I made my own. I never thought to create my own, but it sure was simple. I played around with measurements so I don't have them for you. I do have the ingredients though: uncooked oats, hempseed, chopped cashews, chopped Marcona almonds, cranberries, honey, stevia, coconut oil, sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt (or plain salt). Mix by hand in bowl. Spread out on baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for ten minutes.

You can totally play around with ingredients. That's what I love about this. It's so versatile. I am thinking I'm going to be making my own granola a lot more now. I see peanut butter or cinnamon in the future.
