[side note: yes, it says "Eating Clean." Yes, there was a loooong period of my life that I was strict about my foods and only stuck to a condensed list. No, I don't follow that exact regimen anymore (for my own mental health), but I still eat a lot of nutrient-dense foods that are found in my ebook. You can't hit your macros without nutrient-sense foods. Der. Anyways, I can't change the name of my book now. Soooo...yep.]
