I've seen zoats everywhere, and I had to try them for myself. What a sneaky way of getting your greens in. I made mine with chocolate and peanut butter because what better combo is there?

1 cup water
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup grated zucchini
2 tbsp PB2
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips

Cook oats and water as you normally would. Add zucchini. Cook a little longer. Stir in PB2 and protein powder. Top with peanut butter and chocolate chips.



  1. sounds yummy! Where do you buy your PB2 and protein powder (what brand?)?

  2. Zoats is actually really delicious, even though it sounds a little cray cray with zucchini! :D
