What you need:
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp butter extract
Dash of cinnamon

What you do:
Heat all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Stir together. Serve hot!
